After escaping the clutches of the evil Sea Witch, a mermaid named Erica finds herself captive once again, and this time, to a far more sinister entity.

Subjected to a horrifying series of experiments, Erica cannot escape without the help of her parents... who haven't spoken in years!  Can they save Erica from her almost certain demise?
